Mpower Development Limited started out in a small office at 55 St John Street in the City of London in the spring of 1996.
Initially the company focused on providing 'attitudinal' programmes for sales teams at a range of IT, Telecoms and Pharmaceutical companies. From these early successes we received an increasing demand from customers to broaden our programme portfolio so that we could help them enhance their 'sales capability' as well as their 'performance culture'.
Over the following years the product portfolio developed to meet the needs of an increasing number of clients, and the Mpower team grew and changed, and the business headquarters moved from London, to Hertford, to Stevenage and now back to London.
Today Mpower stands as an established provider of effective, pragmatic, powerful, results oriented sales training, working with pro-active sales organisations in turning their training investment into measurable, material gain.
