About us
Having effectively secured our place in the corporate sales training arena we aim to effectively evolve the company by:
- Further improving the quality and the effectiveness of our training, thereby increasing our value to our clients. Measuring training effectiveness and enabling clients to better support our training will aid our efforts to 'raise the bar'. Time passes, the marketplace shifts, our customers needs change and the sales role itself moves on. We aim to keep up with the times - and ahead of the game.
- Extending our expertise and understanding of the core sales curriculum. The more we understand - the more we realise how much more there is to know. This means a concerted effort to continue developing quality training materials and content. We don't think that 'new' automatically means 'better', but we realise that the sales world moves on as does our understanding and appreciation of it.
- Creating greater awareness of Mpower and the work we do with our clients. There are lots of companies out there who would appreciate what we do - and the way we do it. Our sales and marketing budget will be invested in extending our brand attraction through PR, internet outreach, business network marketing, special events, affiliate programmes and of course... cold calling.
- Extending our capacity to engage with clients and deliver our programmes to larger audiences. As such, as well as building our in-house team we will be growing the Mpower Associate Network both in the UK and abroad.
