Mark Edwards
Mark Edwards is the Founder and Managing Director of Mpower Development Ltd. He has over 20 years experience in the sales world - the last 11 of which have seen him involved in the training of thousands of sales professionals.
His sales career started in the mid 1980's selling office technology products for Mitsubishi - before moving into sales and management roles in the IT sector, initially with ServiceTec and then with Computacenter. Marks' corporate sales career always maintained an upward trajectory and during in the 10 years before starting Mpower he was responsible for attracting many blue-chip new business customers, and counts the opening and development of BT into a record breaking account as a sales career highlight.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management, a workshop leader for Henley Management College, a Freeman of the City of London (articled with the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists), and has played a significant role in Gordon Browns 'Enterprise' initiative, most recently in the role of a schools Entrepreneur in Residence.
Mark is happily married with three children and lives in Letchworth, Hertfordshire. When he is not working, he likes to read, listen to music and play guitar.
