Christopher Jones
Starting in 1990 he began his career with a short spell in customer services for Mercury Communications. Within a few months Chris had moved into a telesales role with a rapid transition to field sales. Over his sales career Christopher has held roles in account management, new business sales, sales management and sales leadership, his sales experience spans a wide spectrum allowing him to identify with, build rapport and empathy with a large variety of people. He has worked for Mercury Communications, BT, Telewest & ntl:Telwest Business.
Not content on relying upon his hands on real life experience he has created a wealth of qualifications in psychology and people development. Blending academic study with a strong background in sales brings a formidable ability to create lasting and positive change in people , teams and organisations. He is currently researching positive psychology at UEL, with a specific focus on motivation and rewards, specifically within the sales arena.
Christopher lives in Bath and Brighton with his wife and two children. Outside of family, work and studying he likes reading, watching Arsenal FC, road cycling, meditation and exploring cookery books for new ideas.
