Our Requirements

To become and Mpower Associate you must be:

• An experienced sales-pro, working with complex, high-value solutions
• Understand consultative sales methods and practices
• Be comfortable commanding a room full of sales people
• Be comfortable working as an advisor to, and selling to a Sales Director, HR Director or Managing Director
• Have an appropriate personality for consulting, and delivering training and coaching
• Be prepared to put in the effort necessary to get your business off the ground
• Be prepared to invest in your business and in acquiring your licence
